When we launched TANDEM BANK, we set out to change the way people feel about their bank. Of course, that means if we wanted to be a different kind of bank we would have to prioritize what matters to us differently.

Our customers recognize and appreciate the difference. Yet, many people still misunderstand what we offer. Here are two misconceptions we hear about that we’d like to clear up:

WE ARE CONVENIENT
Just because we don’t have a lot of branches doesn’t mean we are inconvenient. In fact, at Tandem Every ATM is Your ATM. You’ll find that when you use ATMs from other banks, there’s no fee from Tandem. Of course that means, wherever you are, you’ll have access to your funds.

WE’LL MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE
Our bankers understand how much you’ve got going on. Afterall, we are a small business too. That’s why we make every effort to make things easier for you. You should rarely hear you’ll have to go to the main bank branch with Tandem. Rather, we will come to you and/or leverage our digital capabilities. Ask your old bank if they make house calls. It’s all part of a bigger promise to provide a higher level of service.
