To be or not to be a Smart City is a question every city is asking itself around the world. To play or not to play in this area is a question that every company is asking itself. There are many great starts, many technologies, many challenges, many successes, many choices, many partnerships to be had along the road to becoming or enabling cities. The panel will share the story of where and how it all started, to where it is now and what choices cities and companies are making in technology, applications, partnerships and where it is headed in the medium future, and most importantly the choices women in the wireless industry can make to play in this growing area.
