There is a seismic shift that’s already happening in our market(s) – where C-level executives are placing greater value on those organizations that are problem solvers (“fixers”) vs. those companies who are only trying to convince them to buy what they have or tell them what to do (“vendors”).

And yet – we have built our businesses “Product-First” vs. “Problem-First.”  Or a different way to say this – as executives – we sell based on what we do – we buy based on what we need.
